Brentwood, Tenn., – Replaceable spikes delivered another major championship victory at the AIG Women’s Open, while also extending their remarkable PGA TOUR winning streak to 30 consecutive weeks.
The AIG Women’s Open champion trusted Nike footwear fitted with Silver Tornado spikes during a dramatic final-round and playoff victory at Royal Lytham & St Annes.
Starting the day three shots off the lead, the eventual champion produced a one-under-par 70 to reach five under for the championship before securing the title on the second extra hole.
