STAMFORD, Conn. – The PGA TOUR continues the 2024 Opening Drive in Hawaii with the Sony Open at Waialae Country Club headlining golf coverage this week on NBC, GOLF Channel and Peacock.
PGA TOUR: SONY OPEN
The Sony Open will be held from Waialae Country Club in Honolulu, Hawaii, marking the first full-field event on the tour for 2024. Si Woo Kim, who won The Players Championship in 2017, looks to repeat as champion against a competitive field featuring Matt Fitzpatrick (World No. 8) and Brian Harman (World No. 9). Harman won his first major championship at The Open last season.
Live tournament coverage begins Thursday at 7 p.m. ET on GOLF Channel and Peacock. NBC and Peacock will have Sunday lead-in coverage, leading into live coverage on GOLF Channel and Peacock.

DP WORLD TOUR: DUBAI INVITATIONAL
The 2024 portion of the DP World Tour schedule kicks off with the Dubai Invitational from the Dubai Creek Resort this week. Reining Race to Dubai champion and World No. 2 Rory McIlroy is expected to compete at this week’s event. McIlroy has 16 career wins on the DP World Tour and has finished the last two seasons ranked No. 1 on the tour. The Dubai Invitational is a biennial event and is expected to return to the schedule in 2026.
Live coverage gets underway Thursday at 2:30 a.m. ET on GOLF Channel and Peacock.
