In 2018, Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island plays another big part in the prestigious celebration. In the category “Best Resorts in the South,” Palmetto Dunes ranked No. 12 in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.
