SPARK GOLF CAN HELP COURSES ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES

Hundreds of golf courses will host Spark Golf this year

ORLANDO, FL. Tuesday, April 21, 2020 – Orlando-based Spark Golf continues to partner with course operators across the country to provide a solution to help people play more golf, safely.

Spark is on pace to safely host over 100 leagues across 60 U.S. cities in 2020. “Although, COVID-19 has required us to push back the start of some leagues, the 2020 season has resulted in record numbers with more than 3,000 league registrations for our course partners”, says Charlie Klaus, Spark’s Co-Founder & CEO.

One of the keys to Spark’s current success has been its mobile app technology which helps courses and golfers adhere to their local government’s social distancing guidelines. Klaus expands, “The idea of league play may be hard to understand with the current circumstances, but our product’s ability to communicate with the players digitally, collect prepayment and keep score on the player’s mobile devices makes the new league experience seamless. The product gives our course partners the ability to host Spark Golf with limited person-to-person interaction helping everyone adhere to the social distancing guidelines”.

Spark’s turnkey league solution makes it easy for course operators to host Spark Golf and generate more rounds and revenue. After a quick 10 minute phone call with a Spark representative, a course operator can have a league posted for registration and ready for promotion that day. Spark then helps the operator acquire league players by providing marketing collateral and capital for advertising. Once the league starts, Spark’s mobile app handles all week-to-week league operations including player communication, prepayment, on-course scoring and prizing.

Spark is continuing to add additional course partners for the 2020 season through May 31st. To learn more about hosting Spark Golf and to schedule a call with a Spark representative, please submit a course partner inquiry at https://spark.golf/course-operators.
