Streamsong, FL – Streamsong® Golf Resort is pleased to announce Michael Blair as the new director of food and beverage. In his role he will oversee operations at the restaurants, bars and lounges: SottoTerra, Restaurant Fifty-Nine, Bone Valley Tavern, Fin & Feather, Rooftop 360, Hemy’s, and the Leaf Lounge. Blair will manage a staff of food service professionals who provide the exceptional dining experiences for which Streamsong is known.
Blair comes to the resort with more than 30 years of experience in food and beverage management, and has served as the director of food and beverage at several prestigious venues across the country, including his most recent role at Coeur d’Alene Casino Hotel Resort, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Prior to that, he served as general manager at Maryhill Winery & Bistro and food and beverage director at Meydenbauer Center and Marriott Vacations Worldwide (Marco Island, Florida).

Blair’s past positions involve managing multiple restaurants, and directing as many as 10 general managers and 200 service associates, along with the coordination of catering services for banquets and concert venues. He has completed restaurant renovation projects that included kitchen, bar, and guest arrival experience overhauls, and has led and stabilized operations mentoring multiple department heads.
