MONTREAL, CA – Swing Control, renowned for its performance-driven golf lifestyle apparel, is pleased to announce that Fergus Barron, Assistant Professional at Carlton Golf & Yacht Club, led his team alongside Laura Knowles, Tracy McNarin, and Emma Stodel to secure the victory at the 2024 PGA of Ottawa Pro-Lady, presented by Swing Control, on the Flagstick.com Tour.
The victorious team from Carleton Golf & Yacht Club captured the title with a score of 13-under par 59 at the par 72 Loch March Golf Course. The championship score was one stroke better than the Rivermead Team and the Eagle Creek Team.
This unique golf tournament unites PGA of Ottawa Golf Professionals with three female club amateurs from their respective golf clubs in a team competition played at the Loch March Golf & Coutry Club last month. The event, blending competition with camaraderie, begins with a shotgun start and proceeds in a scramble format.
