– The Dallas-based instructor and founder of The Golf Suite joins the fashion-forward golf brand to inspire confidence, elevate style, and champion women’s impact in the game –
MONTRĖAL, CA. – Swing Control, the elevated golf and lifestyle apparel brand known for its refined balance of fashion and function, is proud to announce Michelle Edgar, PGA Professional, Director of Instruction at The Clubs of Prestonwood Hills, and owner of the Golf Suite as its newest brand ambassador.
The relationship first took root at the 2025 PGA Show in Orlando, where Edgar experienced the Swing Control collection firsthand. From the fit to the fabrics, she felt an instant connection to the brand’s empowering design and female-forward focus. That moment sparked a deeper collaboration, that is grounded in shared values of confidence, inclusion, and community.
Edgar is a dynamic force in golf instruction, known not only for her technical skill but for her dedication to making the game more welcoming and accessible. A PGA Professional since 2021, she has taught for over a decade and is widely recognized for her ability to connect with players of all levels. In 2022, she was honored with the Northern Texas PGA Section’s Player Development Award, celebrating her outstanding work in growing the game.
Now serving as Director of Instruction at The Clubs of Prestonwood Hills, Edgar leads a dynamic program that emphasizes learning, enjoyment, and accessibility. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating spaces where players feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. That same vision led her to found The Golf Suite, a 24/7 private indoor golf studio located inside REACT, a neuro-conditioning and performance facility in Addison, Texas. Designed for year-round training, the Golf Suite provides a high-tech, private environment where players of all levels, including beginners and adaptive athletes, can practice, learn, and develop their game on their own terms.
“Michelle is an inspiring leader and exactly the kind of ambassador we love to champion,” said Josh Mark, Director of Sales for Swing Control. “Her voice is authentic, her reach continues to grow, and she brings a fresh energy to instruction and mentorship that aligns perfectly with our brand. She shows up for her students, her peers, and herself with intention. That sense of purpose reflects exactly what Swing Control represents.”
As a Swing Control ambassador, Edgar will support and collaborate with the brand’s ongoing mission to empower women through clothing that is as stylish as it is functional, bringing her perspective as a coach, entrepreneur, and advocate for inclusion in the game.
“From the first time I wore Swing Control, I knew it was something different,” said Michelle Edgar. “The styles are elevated and polished, but more importantly, they’re made to support women who move between the lesson tee to the clubhouse to everyday life. I’m honored to represent a brand that listens to what female players and professionals really need.”
This announcement reinforces Swing Control’s ongoing commitment to spotlighting women who are shaping the future of golf, whether that is on the course, in their communities, and through the way they lead. Michelle Edgar exemplifies that vision. With her experience as a PGA Professional, her entrepreneurial leadership at The Golf Suite, and her dedication to inclusive instruction, she brings a layered, modern voice to the game.
Her values align seamlessly with Swing Control’s mission to empower women through clothing that is as stylish as it is functional. The brand is proud to welcome her into its ambassador family and is excited to see how this partnership continues to inspire confidence, performance, and self-expression in golf and beyond.

About Swing Control:
Swing Control is an international golf apparel and lifestyle brand with headquarters in Montréal, Canada. Its origins evolved from a lifelong love of golf combined with a fierce passion for fashion. The founders who manufactured women’s clothing in the late seventies and eighties observed that there was a real need in golf for performance-ready gear that was also fashionable and sophisticated, so in 2009 the company evolved into Swing Control.
The brand is dedicated to achieving the ideal equilibrium of fashion and functionality in every piece of their collection. For more information, please visit the Swing Control website at www.swingcontrol.com.
