Scottsdale, AZ – Ted Simons, Founder and Chief Development Officer for Synergy Group Consulting, will be participating at the upcoming Golf Inc. Strategies Summit on October 26-28, 2021, at La Quinta Resort, CA. This three-day event will host 60+ presenters, 25+ education sessions, and 8+ networking events. Attendees of the Strategies Summit include the many of the golf industry’s top leaders and experts.

“Our panel’s topic of ‘What innovations will define the next generation of courses?’ fits with many of the projects I have been working on recently. The ‘golf experience’ is evolving constantly – and how ranges, courses and clubs get ahead of the curve may well spell their success and sustainability.” states Ted Simons.

The other panelists include Erik Peterson with PHX Architecture and Ken Alperstein with Pinnacle Design Company with Forrest Richardson, Forrest Richardson & Assoc. moderating**.  The group will openly discuss the art of creating golf experiences – from the clubhouse to the playing field. The insights from leading golf course and landscape architects, an innovative clubhouse architect, and a driving range / golf entertainment / performance center consultant will be shared with the audience.

“The popularity of TopGolf has changed how golf views its market. Golf-Entertainment is here to stay. There are more and more technologies being developed that allow driving ranges to provide a similar experience with a smaller footprint. But what is the end goal?” asks Simons. “A well-conceived driving range can become a sizable revenue stream and marketing advantage for a range/course/club by embracing a new business model along with a strategic investment plan. From designing new ‘Golf-Entertainment-Performance’ driving ranges to developing high-performance golf training studios to upgrading existing ranges to improve the player experience and the bottom-line, there is a solution to fit every situation.”

**Thursday, October 28, 2021. 9:20 am PST. Session 801. Hour 8.
