SYNLawn Brings Competitive Mini Putt, Pro Appearances, and TGL Energy to the Toronto Golf Show

February 1, 2026

DALTON, GA  – SYNLawn, the global leader in premium synthetic golf and landscape turf, is bringing an interactive and competition-driven experience at this weekend’s Toronto Golf & Travel Show located at the International Centre in Mississauga. Coming on the heels of the National PGA Show in Orlando, there is a clear shift toward interactive and experience-driven retail, and  SYNLawn is carrying that energy with the debut of a 38’ x 30’ custom-built miniature golf course designed to challenge golfers of every skill level.

The SYNLawn mini putt course features four putting greens on each side of their exhibition space, increasing in difficulty as players move through the course. From casual rollers to nerve-testing breaks, the experience is built to reward creativity, confidence, and repetition. There’s no limit to the number of attempts, no skill restrictions, and no mercy — all is fair in mini putt competition.

For those feeling brave, SYNLawn is upping the ante with skill-based putting challenges, including:

  • Speed Putt – how many putts can you drain in 30 seconds?
  • Consecutive Putts – sink them back-to-back under pressure
  • And additional challenges throughout the weekend

Eight participants  will win portable putting greens of their own, and there will be various opportunities  throughout the event to win additional prizes, like the viral brushes from GrooveIt, Golf’s #1 brush [https://grooveitbrush.com/]. One grand prize winner will receive a deluxe package, complete with a TGL swag bag, and premium gear from Full Wedge Golf [https://fullwedgegolf.com/].

Adding even more star power to the booth, Todd Keirstead; PGA Professional & celebrity golfer, will be joining the SYNLawn team on Saturday, showcasing pro-level putts and engaging with attendees. Keirstead, who has a SYNLawn putting green installed in his own backyard, is a vocal advocate for the role synthetic turf can play in physical and mental rehabilitation, particularly for those navigating long or difficult healing journeys.

Keirstead recently appeared at the PGA Show in Orlando, where he served as a keynote speaker discussing the dangers of UV exposure and the importance of sun protection.  Across all platforms, SYNLawn remains committed to innovation, wellness, and long-term golfing performance.

His connection to the SYNLawn brand goes even deeper. When the TGL Green Zone was renovated for Season 2, SYNLawn invited a small, select group to Palm Beach Gardens to test the new installation before it went live to the public. Todd was among those invited, experiencing firsthand the performance and realism of SYNLawn’s cutting-edge putting surfaces.

“Golf is evolving, and synthetic turf is a huge part of that evolution. SYNLawn is creating environments that invite more people to play, compete, and improve, whether you’re chasing a leaderboard or just falling in love with the game. What SYNLawn is doing goes far beyond convenience or aesthetics; it’s about access, repetition, and performance. Whether it’s elite competition environments or a backyard green, these surfaces allow golfers to practice more, recover smarter, and stay connected to the game in ways traditional setups often can’t.

TGL is ushering in a new era of golf — faster, more accessible, and more inclusive — and in many cases, synthetic turf is the reason it’s possible. From elite competition environments to backyard greens, SYNLawn is helping golfers play more, practice smarter, and enjoy the game on their terms.

Visit the SYNLawn at Booth #5505 at the Toronto Golf Show this weekend.  Try your luck, test your putting skills, chase the leaderboard. Swing into a better game, starting with SYNLawn.
