Phoenix, AZ – The 2025 TAIL I GOT THIS Championship, featuring 41 players from 19 states and Canada, will take place February 14 – 16, 2025 at Toka Sticks Golf Club in Mesa, Arizona. This event not only highlights the athletic prowess of individuals with intellectual disabilities but also serves as a beacon of inclusivity and opportunity within the sporting world.

Kody Conover (UT)
Kody Conover is a driven golfer with an unwavering passion for success. Kody is ranked #1 in North America according to USAGA (U.S. Adaptive Golf Alliance) rankings for intellectual disability. When he’s not on the green, Kody loves dancing and bringing joy to everyone around him. A huge fan of the Golden State Warriors, Kody is a role model for golfers with intellectual disabilities and his enthusiasm is truly inspiring.
Tess Trojan (ON-CA)
Tess Trojan is a fun, dedicated, and resilient golfer with impressive achievements. Honored to represent Canada, she captured Gold in Women’s Golf at the 2015 and 2019 Special Olympics World Summer Games. Tess is ranked #2 in North America according to USAGA (U.S. Adaptive Golf Alliance) rankings for intellectual disability. Tess is a trailblazer, being the first athlete with an intellectual disability inducted into her high school’s Wall of Fame and the inaugural Niagara Golf Wall of Fame. When not golfing, Tess enjoys boating, tennis, biking, and cheering for the Blue Jays, Maple Leafs, and Buffalo Bills.

Cleveland Short Game Clinic Presented by XXIO: Friday, February 14, 3:30 – 4:30 pm.
Cleveland Golf is considered the gold standard in golf club wedges and XXIO staff will deliver a short game clinic designed to strengthen athletes’ wedge play. The clinic will include the gifting of a new Cleveland wedge for each participant.

XXIO Fitting Tent: Saturday, February 15, 2:30 – 4:30 pm.
The XXIO and Cleveland Golf family of companies will have representatives on hand with a participant fitting tent. There will be an opportunity to purchase clubs at a discounted price, available to those participating in the championship.
DAPHNE’S Headcovers Saturday Social: February 15, 6 – 8 pm.
The DAPHNE’s Headcovers Saturday Social includes dinner, player gifts, dancing, and a fun-filled opportunity for our golfing community from across North America to socialize and get to know one another.
UNOMOJO Sunday Awards Banquet: Sunday, February 15, 3 – 4:30 pm.
Following tournament play, the UNOMOJO Sunday Awards Banquet will recognize the incredible efforts of our athletes and winners in both the Men’s and Women’s divisions.
