A New Series Traveling the U.s. To Help Recreational Golfers Improve Their Game
Second Stop on the Four-city Tour Features Expert Tips From GolfPass Teaching Personalities
ORLANDO, Fla. – Golf’s newest instructional road show is making its next stop on GolfPass today with the premiere episode two of GolfPass Academy Tour, a four-stop streaming series capturing highlights from golf clinics conducted across the U.S. and featuring some of the biggest names in video golf instruction. The series is streaming exclusively on the GolfPass website and mobile app.
The GolfPass Academy Tour stop today takes place on the practice range at TPC Tampa Bay, a Florida gem that has hosted more than 20 tournaments on the PGA TOUR Champions professional circuit. Select GolfPass members from the Tampa area were invited to join clinic host Vince Cellini, host of PGA TOUR Champions Learning Center on GOLF Channel, and an all-star lineup of GolfPass instructors, including Devan Bonebrake, host of The Golf Fix; Nathalie Sheehan, host of The Next Shot; Blair O’Neal, co-host of School of Golf; and newcomer Bryce Cope
“The Tour provides the opportunity for our GolfPass members to meet the instructors they watch all the time and ask the burning questions they need answered to improve their golf games,” said Kevin Schultz, GolfPass Executive Producer. “Plus, it gives our audience at home a chance to drop in on some great instruction.”
Viewers can improve their own games as instructors cover every aspect of the golf swing, from swing techniques to the mental game. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to eavesdrop on conversations between student and instructor when clinic attendees are invited to play the TPC Tampa Bay and put their newfound knowledge to the test.
The premiere episode of GolfPass Academy Tour took place at Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz. The third stop on the Tour will debut July 22 on GolfPass.
