Taylormade Golf Announces Rick Paschal As New Chief Financial Officer

PASCHAL BRINGS MORE THAN TWO DECADES OF GLOBAL EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE TO TAYLORMADE AND A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS

Carlsbad, Calif. – TaylorMade Golf Company welcomes new Chief Financial Officer Rick Paschal to its executive team. Paschal is responsible for all finance, accounting, treasury and information technology operations. As a senior member of the executive team Paschal reports directly to CEO David Abeles.

“For years I have regarded TaylorMade as a high-performance brand and company. It’s about helping golfers achieve the best version of themselves, whether they’re a pro or an amateur. It’s an aspirational brand in every sense,” says Paschal. “I’ve spent my entire career working with aspirational brands. Brands that both inspire and elevate – TaylorMade undoubtedly fits that mold.” -Rick Paschal, CFO, TaylorMade Golf

Paschal has more than 20 years of extensive global business and finance experience, with both publicly held and privately-owned companies. Prior to TaylorMade, he spent three years as CFO and Treasurer for Varsity Brands, a $2 billion private equity owned business and the market leader in team sports, school spirit and achievement recognition.

Prior to Varsity Brands, Paschal served more than seven years at Coach (NYSE:TPR) in a number of executive financial and operating roles, most notably involved in developing Coach’s international portfolio. Prior to Coach, Paschal held executive financial, business development and strategy roles with a number of global market leaders, including Nestlé, Godiva, Pillsbury and Häagen-Dazs. He has lived across the globe including North America, Europe and Asia.

Paschal holds a B.S. Commerce degree from the McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from the Darden School of Business, both at the University of Virginia. He relocated to Carlsbad from Dallas, TX with his wife Lura.
