The Aquatrols Company, the global leader in soil surfactant and water management technologies, is pleased to announce the hire of Michael Willadsen as its new Farm Manager at Aura Farm, the company’s dedicated 10-acre research and development facility in Southern New Jersey. Mike brings to the role nearly two decades of experience in turfgrass management, irrigation systems, and agronomic operations.
Mike joins the team after 17 years in golf course and grounds management, most recently serving as Golf Course Superintendent at Back Creek Golf Club in Middletown, Delaware. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong foundation in irrigation management, plant health, water conservation, and leading maintenance teams to maintain high-performance turf conditions.
As Farm Manager, Mike will oversee the day-to-day operations of Aura Farm while contributing to product development, field trials, and agronomic research focused on advancing soil health, water efficiency, and plant performance.
