Erica served the Landings Golf & Athletic Club as Senior Human Resources Manager since August 2021
SAVANNAH, GA – The Landings Golf & Athletic Club is pleased to announce the promotion of Erica Kennerson to the position of Director of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness.
Erica joined The Landings Club Golf & Athletic Club in August 2021 as Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining, she worked across multiple roles including Human Resources Coordinator and Corporate Compliance Officer in the health care industry and Director of Human Resources for a technology firm in Louisiana.
“Erica has demonstrated the regulatory and legal knowledge necessary to lead a sound Human Resources operation. More importantly, she has a heart to invest in our people, believing when we select the right people, place them in the right roles, provide the required training, and surround them with a strong leaders, the outcome is outstanding product and service for our members, thereby sustaining our Club for all stakeholders,” said Steven Freund, Executive Director.
In her new role, Erica will continue to support employee relations, develop policies and procedures, provide legal and government compliance, and help create a compelling work environment where team members are appreciated and recognized for their contributions.
