LAKE MARY, FL – The International Network of Golf (ING) Spring Forum is headed to a new, exciting destination for the group, The Landings Golf & Athletic Club in beautiful and historic Savannah, GA.
The event, scheduled for June 1-4, will be headquartered at the Thompson Hotel. Two rounds of golf, including the annual Durland Cup, are on the schedule, along with several industry and host presentations, an open mic session, a state of the industry discussion, and all the networking ING is famous for. It will be conducted by the 35-year-old, non-profit networking organization, ING.
The Landings Golf & Athletic Club is the premier private residential club of the southeastern US. Members enjoy eight restaurants, six championship golf courses, five pools, six clubhouses, three tennis complexes with 31 courts, and a 52,000 square foot wellness center, among other benefits.
The golf courses are diverse and outstanding, designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Fazio, Arthur Hills and Willard Byrd. Each offers its own challenge and style, and all provide stunning vistas.
The Golf Performance Center is a 3,000 square foot facility that includes six hitting bays (three inside the building, three covered bays next to the facility), an outdoor veranda for pre- and post-session socialization, and a showroom/retail space.
The Thompson Hotel offers upscale sophistication along the Savannah River’s edge where the Historic District meets the Eastern Wharf. Visit Fleeting, the hotel’s signature restaurant celebrating the season’s best ingredients or Bar Julian, an elevated rooftop bar where ClubING will gather at day’s end.
