Has golf ever seemed mentally draining to you? In this video Brian Hughes, PGA Master Professional in Instruction and Golf Program Director at Keiser University College of Golf, gives you a neat tip on what you can do to rest your mind and relax inbetween rounds.

“A round of golf, especially when it means something to you, and you’re really concentrating, can take a long time, and it’s not necessarily physically draining. Well, a lot of times it’s the stress of making decisions or trying to stay focused.”
