RANCHO MIRAGE, CALIF. – Picking up on where the inaugural Galleri® Classic left off in March, the PGA TOUR Champions golf tournament is ready to replicate its success with the Coachella Valley community and all golf fans. Daily and weekly ticket options, Pro-Am playing opportunities and tournament week volunteer opportunities can now be secured ahead of the second edition of the event, which takes place March 25-31, 2024 on the Dinah Shore Tournament Course at the iconic Mission Hills Country Club.
The Galleri Classic, named after title sponsor GRAIL’s multi-cancer early detection test, will feature 78 PGA TOUR Champions professionals, including World Golf Hall of Fame members, playing 54 holes (three rounds) of stroke play for a $2.2 million purse. The Galleri Classic’s ticket and Pro-Am offerings and volunteer registration are available at the tournament’s official website, www.TheGalleriClassic.com.
“We encourage everyone to join us in 2024 at The Galleri Classic, whether that is as a spectator, a Pro-Am participant looking for the most personalized experience inside the ropes with golfing legends, or a volunteer,” said Michelle DeLancy, tournament director of The Galleri Classic. “We expect to host a field of the world’s best 50-and-over players that is similar in strength to our 2023 event and who are recognizable to our supporters, many of whom grew up idolizing this era of champion golfers.
“The spectator turnout, volunteer response and collective fever for the inaugural Galleri Classic exceeded our expectations and reassured us that there is a healthy culture for PGA TOUR Champions golf in the desert, and that our community was eager for a return to professional golf at Mission Hills Country Club. Those who would like to play in the 2024 Galleri Classi Pro-Am should reserve their foursome or playing spot as soon as possible as spots are filling up quick to play with these legends.”
David Toms led wire-to-wire in becoming The Galleri Classic’s first champion in March, making birdies on six of his last 10 holes en route to an overall score of 16-under-par 200 (65-70-65) and a four-stroke victory while claiming a $330,000 winner’s prize. The 2023 Galleri Classic marked the return of PGA TOUR Champions golf to the Coachella Valley for the first time in 30 years, and Toms is expected to lead a major championship-worthy field in returning to Mission Hills to defend his title in 2024.
In celebration of The Galleri Classic’s final round occurring on Easter Sunday in 2024, the event will host an Easter Celebration which will include an Easter morning service and an Easter egg hunt for children in kicking off its Championship Sunday.
The Galleri Classic’s tournament week ticket offerings (March 27-31) feature daily and weekly grounds tickets for $30 and $65, respectively, and clubhouse tickets ($75 per day; $150 for the week’s competition rounds from March 29-31). Tickets can only be secured online at www.TheGalleriClassic.com. Each youth 15 and under will receive a free daily grounds ticket (from March 28-31) when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Prospective patrons of The Galleri Classic are incentivized to take advantage of the tournament’s holiday ticket special of $5 off the regular price of a single-day grounds ticket (use promo code “Legends”). This limited-time special offer, which makes for a fun stocking stuffer, is available through Jan. 1, 2024.
The Champions Club on 18 provides The Galleri Classic’s most sophisticated spectator experience. Day-specific Champions Club tickets (good only during competition rounds March 29-31) can be secured for $350 per day, or Weekly Champions Club tickets (good March 29-31) are available for $1,050.
Limited availability remains for spots in The Galleri Classic’s official Pro-Am, played March 27-28 (Wednesday and Thursday of tournament week). The Galleri Classic Pro-Am provides an unmatched opportunity for golf enthusiasts to go inside the ropes for a fantasy-like, bucket-list experience of playing on Mission Hills CC’s Dinah Shore Tournament Course while rubbing elbows with legends of the game. Amateurs interested in playing in the Pro-Am can seek more information and register at www.TheGalleriClassic.com/pro-am.
The Galleri Classic invites those 18 and older who are interested in a behind-the-scenes experience of how a professional golf tournament operates during tournament week (March 25-31) to join its invaluable team of more than 500 volunteers. Those interested in volunteering can learn more about each committee and submit a form of inquiry towards registration at www.TheGalleriClassic.com/volunteers.

About Galleri®
The earlier that cancer is detected, the higher the chance of successful outcomes. The Galleri multi-cancer early detection test can detect a signal shared by more than 50 types of cancer, as defined by the American Joint Committee on Cancer Staging Manual, through a routine blood draw. When a cancer signal is detected, the Galleri test predicts the cancer signal origin, or the tissue or organ associated with the cancer signal, with high accuracy to help guide the next steps to diagnosis. The Galleri test requires a prescription from a licensed health care provider and should be used in addition to recommended cancer screenings such as mammography, colonoscopy, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test, or cervical cancer screening. It is recommended for use in adults with an elevated risk for cancer, such as those aged 50 or older.
