The following two weeks include Greg Norman hosting the 30th staging of the QBE Shootout in Naples, Fla., (Dec. 7-9), and concluding with a field of golf’s greatest champions teeing it up with their family members at the PNC Father/Son Challenge in Orlando, Fla., (Dec. 15-16).

Hero World Challenge to Feature 18 of the Top-32 Players in the World

In addition to Woods (tournament host), four of the top-5 and all 18 players within the top-32 in the world are scheduled to compete in the 72-hole, no-cut event at Albany Resort in The Bahamas. Top-10 players in the field include Justin Rose (No. 2), Dustin Johnson (No. 3), Justin Thomas (No. 4), Bryson DeChambeau (No. 5), Jon Rahm (No. 8) and defending champion Rickie Fowler (No. 9).

Lexi Thompson Joins Field of Hall of Famers and PGA TOUR Winners at QBE Shootout

Twelve two-person teams will tee it up at the QBE Shootout in Naples, Fla., including Lexi Thompson, returning for a third consecutive year and teaming up with Tony Finau. Sean O’Hair and Steve Stricker will defend their 2017 title among a field that includes Hall-of-Famer Davis Love III and 10 players who combined for 15 PGA TOUR wins this season.

Nicklaus Headlines Field Which Includes 11 Hall-of-Famers at PNC Father/Son Challenge

Eighteen-time major champion Jack Nicklaus headlines a 20-team field comprised of 11 World Golf Hall-of-Famers and golf legends playing alongside their family members at the PNC Father/Son Challenge, Saturday-Sunday, Dec. 15-16 at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Fla. Newcomers to the field include former European Ryder Cup captain Darren Clarke and his son, Tyrone; U.S. Ryder Cup captain Jim Furyk and his father (and swing coach) Mike; Matt Kuchar and his father, Peter; and David Toms and his son, Carter. The event format features a 36-hole, two-person scramble. To qualify for the PNC Father/Son Challenge, participants must have won either a major championship or THE PLAYERS in their career. In addition to tournament coverage, Golf Channel also will air a special Pro-Am show on Friday, Dec. 14, taking viewers inside the ropes with the players in the field as they prepare for competition and share instruction tips and insight with viewers.
