TMRW Sports Also Continues Expansion across Digital Media, Technology, and HR
(Orlando, Fla.): TMRW Sports, which is focused on building progressive approaches to sports, media, and entertainment, has announced the addition of three key senior executives: longtime marketing executive, Jarrett Dube will become TMRW Sports’ Chief Marketing Officer; Emmy Award-winning producer Jeff Neubarth was named Vice President, Media Production; and Ashley Chalk joins as Vice President, Global Partnerships from Chip Ganassi Racing.
Jarrett Dube: Chief Marketing Officer, TMRW Sports – Jarrett joins TMRW Sports as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer where he will report to Mike McCarley, founder and CEO, TMRW Sports. Jarrett will be responsible for setting the brand vision for TMRW Sports, the TGL, and driving strategic growth across all platforms. He is a marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience across the sports, entertainment, CPG, and technology categories, both domestic and international at or with some of the world’s most iconic brands and agency partners, including Samsung, Nike, Coca-Cola, American Express, ESPN, Caesars Sportsbook, Fanatics, Creative Artists Agency, Wieden + Kennedy, Grey Advertising, and Digitas.
Jarrett’s work across these iconic brands includes overseeing the “This is SportsCenter” and “Is It Monday Yet” campaigns for ESPN and Nike’s “Just Do It” branded work while with Wieden + Kennedy. While at Creative Artists Agency, Jarrett led iconic brands such as Coca-Cola & Google, developing marketing strategies and notable campaigns that inserted the brands into popular culture through a number of entertainment led initiatives, while also advising CAA Sports clients on how to best grow their brands and win in the China marketplace.
His work has led to recognition at some of marketing’s most prestigious awards shows, including Cannes Lions, the Effie’s and the One Show, in addition to being a member of the leadership team at Samsung when the brand was awarded Marketer of the Year by Cannes in 2016.
Jarrett was born in Massachusetts, is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and has lived in Boston, New York, Portland, Shanghai, and now Los Angeles with his wife and two children and will be relocating to Florida.
Jeff Neubarth: Vice President, Media Production, TMRW Sports – Jeff joins TMRW Sports as its VP, Media Production where he will oversee all aspects of pre and post production of TGL events. Jeff will work closely with TGL’s global media partners to creatively leverage partner platforms and create content strategies.
A three-time Emmy Award-winning producer, Jeff most recently produced the first five editions of The Match on TNT, including one which set a record for the most-watched cable golf audience ever.
Jeff spent the last eight years as executive producer for Callaway Golf’s media team where he also helmed Callaway’s social media. Jeff’s experience in golf production runs the gamut. He served as the coordinating producer for Golf Channel’s morning show, Morning Drive, was a producer for Fox Sports’ golf coverage, and had a stint at ESPN where he produced everything from golf to NBA and MLB.
Jeff, a graduate of the Newhouse School of Communication at Syracuse University and lives in Del Mar, California with his wife and their three kids and will be relocating to Florida.
Ashley Chalk: Vice President, Global Partnerships, TMRW Sports – Ashley comes to TMRW Sports from Chip Ganassi Racing where she was Vice President of Business Development, responsible for growing the business by developing new revenue across the Ganassi portfolio, which includes NTT IndyCar, Extreme E, and IMSA series. Ashley has more than 18 years of experience in sales and marketing in sports and entertainment. Prior to Ganassi, Chalk was the Vice President of Partnerships at Complexity Gaming, one of North America’s longest-standing esports organizations, and Senior Director of Global Partnerships at FELD Entertainment. Ashley will report to Katy Mollica, SVP, Head of Global Partnerships, TMRW Sports.
Ashley attended Dallas Baptist University on an athletic and leadership scholarship, and lives in Ada, Michigan.

- Season: 15 regular season matches followed by semifinals and a finals series.
