The 2025 World Wide Technology Championship at El Cardonal at Diamante concluded with a thrilling victory by PGA TOUR standout Ben Griffin, who claimed his third win of the year. Adding to the excitement of the event was the breathtaking trophy, custom-designed by acclaimed sculptor Malcolm DeMille.

The championship trophy, a true work of art, captures the essence of Cabo San Lucas with a striking bronze sculpture of the region’s famous Arch. Finished in a radiant rhodium plate, the piece shimmers with an iridescent glow. Suspended within the arch is a crystal etched with the World Wide Technology Championship logo, while beneath it lies a transparent blue crystal that reveals a sculpted ocean floor teeming with local marine life. From humpback whales and marlins to dolphins, turtles, and rays, the intricate detailing brings the underwater world to life. Measuring 15 inches wide and 19 inches tall, the trophy rests on a granite base adorned with a title plate and a Champions plate, making it a fitting tribute to the tournament’s prestige and the beauty of its setting.

In addition to the main trophy, Malcolm DeMille also handcrafted the Pro-Am awards. The Pro-Am Champions received 7-inch-tall replicas of the main trophy, complete with a crystal insert etched with the tournament logo. Meanwhile, the Pro-Am Runner-Ups were presented with elegant 10-inch trophy trays featuring a 2D relief of the Arch of Cabo San Lucas and engraved tournament branding.

Malcolm DeMille and his team extend their heartfelt congratulations to Ben Griffin, the Pro-Am winners, and all participants in this year’s unforgettable World Wide Technology Championship. Their artistry and craftsmanship helped elevate the event, creating lasting memories and iconic symbols of achievement.
