TACOMA, WASH – In an effort to be more forthright and straightforward with their loyal patrons, TRUE announces its Future Releases program.
Since their pivot to the direct-to-consumer model four years ago, TRUE has continued to listen and learn from their customer’s feedback. The world has been experiencing global supply and demand issues – the likes of which have also affected TRUE and their customer base. Lately, TRUE has found itself selling out of core and limited styles faster than anticipated, so they started searching for a solution to benefit those closest to the brand.
“The world has seen its fair share of supply chain challenges this last 18 months. Forecasting rising demand and manufacturing at the highest level of quality, on time, is always our aim”, stated Cody Knudsen, VP of Manufacturing. “That being said, the realities of this year have made timing a challenge. So, with this new program, we’re hoping to eliminate any guesswork our customers have and provide a clear, meaningful dialogue about when new and existing products are hitting our virtual shelves.”
In response to valuable customer feedback, TRUE’s Future Releases program will provide details of upcoming releases including dates, styles and release details – with the ability to be notified the day of release or even pre-book pairs before the general public. The hope is that with this additional layer of transparency, customers will be able to plan future purchases with confidence.
“Being transparent and forthright with our community is at the core of everything we strive to do. Utilizing our selfish innovation mantra, we really tried to put ourselves in our customer’s shoes and rethink how we’d like to be informed of future releases if we were in their position. We have some pretty amazing shoes (and gear) dropping this year and we’re beyond excited to give everyone a glimpse behind the curtain”, says Jason Moore, TRUE President.
