Immediately the TRUE Knit II impress in terms of looks and lightweight feel out of the box, but the original TRUE Knit golf shoes set an incredibly high bar to overcome. Wearing the TRUE Knit II’s, it is apparent there has been support added in the footbed making the walk even more comfortable.

Design and Technology: Similar features of the Knit II and original Knit are the breathable outsole and cross-life tread. The Knit II have added the WANDERLUX midsole to improve cushioning and increase comfort over the prior generation model. Additionally, the Knit II golf shoes resist water better so they can be worn for more of the year.

Wearing the TRUE Knit II’s, it is apparent there has been support added in the footbed making the walk even more comfortable. I was skeptical that TRUE could create a better version of the TRUE Knit and I was sad to see the original model discontinued, however, the TRUE Knit II is an improvement without fundamentally changing anything that made the prior model great. I am impressed with how the TRUE Knit II’s feel and am looking forward to perhaps having a new favorite golf shoe.
