STAMFORD, Conn. – The PGA TOUR’s Truist Championship Signature Event headlines Golf Channel’s live tournament coverage this week as the tournament returns to Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, N.C.
PGA TOUR: TRUIST CHAMPIONSHIP
The Truist Championship is the sixth Signature Event of the 2026 PGA TOUR season, offering 700 FedExCup points and a $20 million purse to the 72-player limited field. The tournament returns to Quail Hollow this year after being played at Philadelphia Cricket Club in 2025, when Quail Hollow hosted the PGA Championship won by Scottie Scheffler.
Rory McIlroy has won the Truist Championship at Quail Hollow four times, most recently in 2024. Sepp Straka is this year’s defending champion, having bested Shane Lowry and Justin Thomas by two strokes at Philadelphia Cricket Club in 2025.

The LPGA Tour heads to Mountain Ridge Country Club in New Jersey for the Mizuho Americas Open, where LPGA Tour legend Michelle Wie West will tee it up for the first time since the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open.

The third annual ONEFlight Myrtle Beach Classic is an Additional Event on the PGA TOUR, with the winner receiving 300 FedExCup points and a two-year exemption on the PGA TOUR.
The Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, S.C. is hosting the event, which was won by Ryan Fox in a playoff over Mackenzie Hughes and Harry Higgs in 2025. Fan favorite Brooks Koepka is expected to tee-it-up.

DP WORLD TOUR: ESTRELLA DAMM CATALUNYA CHAMPIONSHIP
This is the inaugural playing of the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship, which honors Spanish legend Seve Ballesteros, who died on May 7, 2011. The opening round coincides with the 15th anniversary of his passing.
The event takes place at Real Club de Golf El Prat in Barcelona, Spain and headlines Golf Channel’s morning coverage this week. Golf Channel’s live coverage begins at 7:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and at 7 a.m. ET on Sunday.
COLLEE GOLF: PGA WORKS COLLEGIATE CHAMPIONSHIP
Now in its 39th year, the PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship was first played in 1987 as the National Minority College Championship. The field consists of teams from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), and other Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) playing in five divisions: Men’s Division I Team, Men’s Division II Team, Women’s Team, and Men’s and Women’s Individual.
Golf Channel continues its live coverage of the event today and tomorrow starting at 4 p.m. ET.
