Turtleson Appoints Lou Delfino as Director of Sales to Drive Continued North American Growth

Industry veteran brings 30 years of expertise to the growing lifestyle apparel brand.

BRISTOL, Tenn. – Turtleson, creators of striking, sophisticated apparel for discerning customers, has appointed Lou Delfino as director of sales for North America. Delfino brings more than 30 years of award-winning sales leadership to the Turtleson team and will be responsible for growing the brand’s golf and retail sales in the United States and Canada.

He is a fixture in the premium golf apparel world and his reputation speaks for itself,” said Greg Oakley, co-founder and CEO of Turtleson. “More importantly, Lou is someone who understands what we are building here at Turtleson. He brings experience, credibility, relationships and leadership that will help us capitalize on the momentum we’ve built in this core market.”

A graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and writing, Delfino brings three decades of experience driving revenue growth, strengthening brand visibility and developing new markets. Before joining Turtleson, he led North American sales and operations for Galvin Green. Delfino also spent nearly 20 years with Nike Golf, where he was named National Salesperson of the Year and recognized as one of Golf Digest’s Top 25 Salespeople.
