The Hogan Award finalists will be announced on May 7 and the presentation is set for May 18. … Pulte Homes will hold a ribbon cutting for a new golf club and 18-hole championship course in Ocala, Fla., today, Friday. … Tom Watson continues to lead the Power Performance Rankings for the Champions Tour. … Standard Golf announces its new Custom Golf Flagstick program, which givesgolf courses new options for using flagsticks as a communication and marketing medium. … CBS Sports will air live third- and final-round coverage of the LPGA’s Ginn Open on Saturday-Sunday, April 19-20. Coverage will air 1:30-3 p.m. ET on Saturday, and 1-3 p.m. ET on Sunday. Both days, CBS Sports will follow up with live coverage of the PGA Tour’s Verizon Heritage, 3-6 p.m. ET. … Bobby Jones reports that a portion of the sale of its popular women’s half-zip pullover will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The new pink pullover debuts at retail in June for $145. Bobby Jones will donate 20 percent of the retail price of pullovers sold.
