The U.S. Golf Association selects Milwaukee Country Club in River Hills, Wisc., as the site of the 2008 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship. Brown Deer Park Golf Course, a public course in Milwaukee that has hosted the 1951, 1966 and 1977 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championships and is the current home of the PGA Tour’s Greater Milwaukee Open, will be used as the second course for stroke-play qualifying.
