Match will feature golf influencers Sara Michelle Winter & Sabrina Andolpho and will benefit Stand Up To Cancer, the official Charity of Upper Deck Golf
On March 22, Upper Deck Golf will host a match between Hall of Fame Golfers Sir Nick Faldo and Gary Player inside Raymond James Stadium in Tampa beginning at 1:30pm EST. Anyone with a ticket to Upper Deck Golf on Saturday, March 22 can watch the entire match for FREE and also have the full stadium experience of playing 9-holes before or after the match based on their tee time. The stakes for the match are big. Gary Player, who is known for his dedication to fitness and clean eating, has a fun wager on the table against Faldo. Should Player lose to Faldo, he will have to eat an entire sugary cupcake on camera. Likewise, if Faldo loses, he will drink a spinach and kale shake.
When asked about the match Sir Nick Faldo said, “My last head-to-head match with Gary wasn’t too long ago, it was only 1978! Looking forward to the rematch where if I beat Gary he eats a triple sugar coated cupcake and if Gary wins I have to drink some green algae green keepers cuttings shake!”
