Wellputt is pleased to announce their attendance at the 2023 PGA Show in Orlando. They will be showcasing several new putting training concepts along with their well-known usual suspects; the classic Wellputt mat, the Wellstroke, and of course, their legendary Custom Surface; renowned for having the purest roll that delivers a multitude of wall-to-wall possibilities for golf academies, putting studios, home training rooms and more. No matter the scenario, Wellputt’s custom surface design team can tailor a solution to suit your individual needs.
Wellputt is on course to deliver a world-class presentation for participants at the 2023 PGA show by providing innovative training opportunities on their revolutionary BigTilt putting platform and the all-new next-level green experience, the Wellgreen by Wellputt. The Wellgreen is a prototype and in its final stage of development. It features 4 holes with multiple precision CNC-milled slopes that create a variety of useful putting training station options in a controlled and measured environment.
It’s no secret that golfers tend to perform well on the practice green but then struggle to deliver the goods on the course. This is what has inspired the creation of the Wellgreen. It delivers an indoor training experience replicating a golfer’s outdoor practice as closely as possible, allowing players to train their putting as if they were practicing on the actual course with various realistic and challenging scenarios. As players train and progress on the Wellgreen, they experience results they can duplicate on the course.
It comes in 3 different standard sizes; Wellgreen XL – 17×9.8ft, Wellgreen L – 13.8 x 9.8ft, and Wellgreen M – 10.5 x 9.8ft with an additional custom option for larger scale designs; you imagine it, and we will create it for you.
On Thursday the 26th, Elite Putting Coach Stephen Sweeney will deliver a putting demonstration on the BigTilt putting platform that you won’t want to miss, as Stephen coaches some of the best players in the world. After the putting demo, he will stick around for a live interview for all to take in. Like the BigTilt putting platform, the Wellgreen can also be combined with a projection system that transforms an average putting training into a visual and sensory-enhanced experience in green reading and slope percentage recognition.
The Wellputt story began in 2010 in a little town in France at the home of Boris Pansart, the founder and creator of Wellputt. Boris had invited some Tour players to his house, and for entertainment, he organized some putting games in his living room. While the guests were putting, his 5-year-old daughter came into the room and started drawing circles and lines on the carpet with her chalk pastel set, and that’s when it all clicked.
Today, thanks to Boris’s innovative vision and golf knowledge, Wellputt has established itself in the Golf World as the brand you can trust to take your putting game to the next level.
“The Wellputt team is fuelled by a passion for the game that inspires our every creation,” said Heike Luck, General Manager of Wellputt. “The fact that our products are tested and approved by Cameron McCormick and that they are being utilized in training sessions at the highest level of the game by Golf Instructors and Players on the PGA Tour validates our intentions to create effective and efficient training concepts that deliver results!”
Both the BigTilt and the Wellgreen, as well as all other Wellputt products, come with the option of customization; now, that’s a unique treat for golfers that like to train in their own style.
It’s happening at Wellputt’s booth #2619 in Orlando at the PGA Show. The show starts on Wednesday, the 25th, and goes through Friday, the 27th of January. Come by and introduce yourself; we look forward to meeting you.
