Ken Martin, PGA Certified Professional Instructor at Keiser University College of Golf explains what golfers’ elbow is, how it is caused, and how to prevent it. Golfer’s elbow is an interesting condition that affects the inside part of the elbow joint where the tendons can become inflamed. And can be so severe that it affects the forearm the wrist and even right down into the fingers.
