Business leader, educator, and golf performance expert joins WIGI leadership to empower women through confidence, connection, and professional development.
Women in the Golf Industry (WIGI) announced the appointment of Sindee Lee ‘SL’ Gillespie to its Board of Directors.
Gillespie brings three decades of experience as a business owner and leader. Her background spans high-level operations, industrial and offshore business leadership, golf performance psychology, giving her a unique perspective of personal development and organizational leadership.
Kay McMahon, President of Women in the Golf Industry said, “SL brings a unique combination of business leadership, education, and a genuine commitment to helping women recognize and step into their potential. Her understanding of how golf can create connections and professional opportunities complements WIGI’s mission beautifully. Her work is rooted in her Next Level Confidence Framework, a system designed to help women move beyond limiting beliefs and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authority.
Gillespie is also the creator of The Golf Advantage for Women, a platform designed to help women use golf as a career and business-building tool. The platform helps remove the uncertainty women may experience around leveraging golf for professional relationships and opportunity.
She currently serves as an LPGA Education Partner and National Education Advisor for LEGS (Ladies Executive Golf Society), furthering her work of women’s professional advancement.
