College of Golf Alum Shares Internship Program at Oakland Hills
At the annual PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Keiser University Program Director Brian Hughes catches up with alumnus John Breedlove (Class of 2019), now Head Golf Professional at Oakland Hills Country Club in Michigan, a top-20 course in America. John discusses bringing Keiser students into Oakland Hills’ Golf Professional Development Program, which includes housing, a structured internship, and training designed to build skills as a golf professional.
He describes educational opportunities such as TrackMan instruction and sessions with other golf and industry professionals, as well as the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, top-end facility with world-class expectations.
Willie expresses his appreciation for his time at Keiser University and the opportunities it has provided, and his excitement for the PGA Show. He encourages others to take part in the experience and enjoy everything the event has to offer.
