Congratulations to the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champion A Lim Kim and celebrity champion Joe Pavelski!
Over the weekend, LPGA champions played a 72-hole stroke play with no cut, while celebrities fought it out in a modified Stableford format. On the celebrity side, San Jose Sharks legend Joe Pavelski, a 4-time NHL All-Star, and recent NHL retiree, held off defending champion and New York Mets second baseman Jeff McNeil to win the celebrity portion of the event. For the LPGA A Lim Kim beat out World No. 1 Nelly Korda by 2-strokes, winning the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champion Title. Both Kim and Pavelski ended their weekend lifting the championship trophy made by Malcolm DeMille.
The Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champion trophy features textured panels pierced with open work palm trees that fit together to resemble a 3-diamentional representation of the tournament logo. The perpetual trophy is finished in bright rhodium plate and stands over 20” tall on a hardwood base including a title plate and plates on each side to record past champions.
