Wintonbury Hills Golf Course Primed for 2019 Golf Season
Pete Dye Masterpiece set to open on Friday
Wintonbury Hills Golf Course – the only Pete Dye designed course in New England – will open for play on Friday, Mar. 29 with Mayor Suzette DeBeatham-Brown set to take the ceremonial first tee shot.
Opened in 2004, Wintonbury Hills represents Dye’s first and only championship design in New England. This classic links-style 6,711-yard, par-70 layout provides a true test for skilled golfers while remaining playable for all. Just last year, the beautiful layout was ranked No. 1 in Golfweek’s “Best Courses You Can Play in Connecticut.”
