Wittek Golf Rebrands Its Innovative B-Rake as the BunkerBrush

June 11, 2026

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL – “Wittek Golf Introduces BunkerBrush, a Smarter Way to Manage Bunkers”

Wittek Golf, a trusted leader in golf course equipment and driving range solutions, today announced the rebranding of its revolutionary B-Rake bunker rake as the BunkerBrush, a new name designed to better reflect the product’s unique performance, purpose, and impact on course presentation.

Unlike traditional bunker rakes that can leave behind furrows, lines, and uneven sand patterns, the BunkerBrush was engineered to create a cleaner, smoother bunker surface. The product features stiff tines on the reverse side of the molded plastic rake head, allowing maintenance staff and players alike to brush, blend, and level sand easily and more effectively after each bunker visit.

“The B-Rake was designed to solve a real problem for golf courses: how to maintain bunkers in a way that looks cleaner, plays better, and requires less corrective maintenance,” said Gene Pruban, Owner at Wittek Golf. “Renaming it the BunkerBrush immediately communicates what makes this product unique. It doesn’t just rake sand — it brushes it smooth.”

The rebrand reflects Wittek Golf’s continued focus on practical innovation for superintendents, golf course managers, and players. By combining the familiar function of a bunker rake with the finishing effect of a fine brush, the BunkerBrush gives courses a simple way to improve bunker consistency and visual presentation.

The BunkerBrush is especially valuable for facilities looking to reduce the unsightly rake marks and furrows commonly left behind by standard bunker rakes. Its dual-function design helps smooth disturbed sand while preserving a more natural, uniform bunker surface.

“Course conditions matter, and bunkers are one of the most visible areas where players notice presentation,” added Tony Clay, Wittek’s Sales Manager. “The BunkerBrush gives courses a better-looking result with a tool that is simple, durable, and easy to use.”

The new BunkerBrush name will roll out across Wittek Golf’s product materials, website, sales tools, and marketing campaigns beginning in June, 2026. The product remains available through Wittek Golf and its authorized sales distribution channels.
