WMX’s best-selling model since its March launch, Hyper+ Midsize now offers an all-black option in response to golfer requests. The new color pairs an understated look with the model’s distinctive fuller lower-hand profile and low weight.
Hyper+ Midsize takes reduced taper further, with a lower-hand diameter approximately five percent larger than other reduced-taper grips. Its nearly parallel lower-hand profile delivers a fuller, more comfortable feel that encourages a relaxed hold with reduced hand tension.
Despite its larger profile, Hyper+ Midsize weighs just 58 grams. By comparison, other reduced-taper midsize grips with smaller lower-hand dimensions can weigh 66 grams. WMX achieves this combination of additional size and lower weight through advanced material engineering in the grip’s inner layer.
The dual-layer construction pairs a firm inner core for stability and torque control with a soft elastomer outer layer for comfort, traction, and durability. A continuous 360-degree wave texture helps channel moisture away and provides consistent feel regardless of clubface orientation. The grip is molded without secondary surface finishing or paint, preserving its intended texture and consistent weight across colors.
