Join the Tenth Anniversary Celebrations.
WEST PALM BEACH, Florida and London, England April 17, 2025 —Women’s Golf Day (WGD), the global movement that celebrates women and girls playing golf and learning skills that last a lifetime, proudly announces the return of WGD from May 27 to June 3, 2025 — culminating in the celebration of 10 years of engaging, empowering and supporting women through golf.
Hundreds of locations and teaching professionals will be hosting official Women’s Golf Day events this week. Locations register on the womensgolfday.com platform and create a location page that gives details about their WGD event. Women wanting to participate can visit the WGD website and search in the ‘Find A Location’ to find a course or facility near them to participate. The page also has information on other opportunities at that facility including tee-times club fitting, instruction/ schools, travel, hotel/resort, charity, special events, and real estate, thus enabling men and women to learn more about what the facility has to offer yearlong, and encouraging them to participate beyond the WGD event.
The week kicks off on May 27 with WGD Palooza, an engaging digital event that features exclusive content, partner giveaways, and a special interview with golf icon Suzann Pettersen. From there, WGD in person events will take place across six continents, encouraging activation of new and existing golfers uniting golfers and newcomers to the sport in celebration of the game and community.
All participants attending an official WGD events will have the opportunity to enter to win, via a QR code, amazing giveaways including:
- Full Swing KIT Launch Monitor
- A 2-night Getaway at Omni Resort of Choice
- Golfbreaks gift certificate
- Troon Access+
- Women’s Golf Day Swag Gift Basket
In addition, a Pro or GM who registered and is hosting a WGD event will be selected to win a Full Swing KIT Launch Monitor. Our way of saying thank you.
“We’re thrilled to mark our 10th year with more momentum than ever,” said Elisa Gaudet, founder of Women’s Golf Day. “This year, we welcome exciting new partners and honour our long-standing partners as well as receiving continued strong support from leading golf organizations including the USGA, PGA of America, and The R&A. This incredible global network and tangible activation – getting new and existing golfers out to facilities – is what makes Women’s Golf Day so impactful, and so special.”
Since its inception, Women’s Golf Day has been about more than just the sport — it’s about connection, empowerment, and creating opportunities for women and girls to engage with golf in a fun, welcoming environment. With events now happening across the globe — from Asia to Africa, Europe, North & South America — there’s truly a WGD experience for everyone.
