Member Benefits Will Include Tournaments, Men’s and Women’s Leagues and a Myriad of Social Functions
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Founders Group International (FGI) is introducing its suite of memberships at an open house on August 22 at 5 p.m. at World Tour Golf Links. The event, which will feature golf games, food and drinks, is free to anyone interested in becoming a member at a FGI course.
Golfers will have the opportunity to learn about membership options at FGI’s facilities, including World Tour, Myrtle Beach National, Wild Wing Plantation, Myrtlewood Golf Club and Pine Lakes Country Club.
FGI is Myrtle Beach’s largest golf course ownership group, and the company wants to introduce the benefits of club membership to golfers. Golf club members will have the ability to book tee times seven days in advance, play for cart fee, and participate in tournaments and men’s and women’s golf leagues, in addition to a host of social functions.
Club members also receive an Honors Club Card, which provides access to play all 22 FGI courses at reduced rates, along with food, beverage and apparel discounts, among other perks.
“A golf course can be a social hub for members, their families and friends, and we want to bring that sense of community to Founders Group International courses,” FGI president Steve Mays said. “Our course membership programs will create value on and off the course, and we look forward to introducing it to golfers on August 22.”
FGI, which launched a similar initiative for its South Strand courses at Litchfield earlier in the summer, will be unveiling additional membership programs in the coming months.
