MALCOLM DEMILLE CREATES WORLD WIDE TECHNOLOGY CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY AND PRO-AM AWARDS

November 11, 2024

Austin Eckroat played incredibly well over the weekend in Cabo to score his second PGA Tour win at the World Wide Technology Championship. He was proud and happy to take home the breath-taking Arch of Cabo San Lucas trophy created by Malcolm DeMille.

The distinctive granite rock formation is cast in bronze with heavy textures and a bright rhodium plate finish to give it an iridescent feel. Within the arch a crystal is suspended with an etching of the World Wide Technology Championship logo. Underneath the Arch of Cabo San Lucas sits a transparent blue crystal that covers a sculptural ocean floor. The local sea life can be viewed through the blue crystal ocean. From humpback whales to marlins, dolphins, turtles and rays, the attention to detail brings the aquatic fauna to life. The stunning 15” x 19” tall trophy is finished with a granite base and wrapping title plate highlighting the World Wide Technology Championship logo and smaller Champions plate. This championship prize is the perfect complement to a memorable event that captivates the golf world.

Along with the incredible championship trophy, the World Wide Championship continued to add to their lure with new Pro-Am trophies handcrafted by Malcolm DeMille. The Pro-Am Champions took home 7” tall replicas of the Champion’s trophy. These cast bronze nickel-plated trophies featured a crystal inserted into the arch, and etched with the World Wide Technology logo. The Pro-Am Runner-Ups also took home Malcolm DeMille originals—10” trophy trays featuring a 2D replica of the Arch of Cabo San Lucas trophy and engraving with the tournament’s logo.

The team at Malcolm DeMille offers our sincere Congratulations to Austin Eckroat, the Champion of the 2024 World Wide Technology Championship, the Pro-Am winners, and all participants for an unforgettable tournament!
