MIAMI, FL – XUDE Hospitality is announcing the execution of two new deals this month. The company, led by Mike Miraglia, partnering with Jerry Moore and Jeff Neal, announced their entry into the Hospitality Management arena in April of 2019.
First, the company has signed a Management Agreement with Fox Club, LLC, who purchased The Fox Club in Palm City, Florida on July 24, 2020. XUDE will manage all aspects of the club.
Second, XUDE has entered into a contract with Nittany Trails, LLC the owners of The Eagles Golf Club in Odessa, Florida to lease the 36-hole golf club.
XUDE Hospitality is headquartered in Miami, with offices also in Naples and Sarasota. There are several other deals in varying phases of negotiation which the company will announce soon.
