Youth on Course Partners with 18Birdies to Simplify Facility Search
Mobile App Improves Ability to Identify Courses Offering $5 Rounds
Youth on Course – the non-profit organization providing young people with access to opportunities through subsidized golf, college scholarships, caddie programs and paid internships – has partnered with 18Birdies, creator of the fastest growing consumer golf app, to provide users with an easily accessible database of Youth on Course facilities.
For the more than 70,000 Youth on Course members across North America, $5 rounds of golf can be identified through the free 18Birdies mobile app via a Youth on Course badge displayed alongside participating golf courses in its tee time booking functionality.
“Youth on Course and 18Birdies share a mission to provide access to the game to golfers from all demographics and skill levels,” says Grant Gaudette, Chief Technology Officer for Youth on Course. “Their mobile platform has created a powerful online experience to connect players with courses. With this partnership, users easily identify and connect with Youth on Course partner facilities across the country.”
