Youth on Course Announces Chris Kuebrich as Senior Director of Marketing

June 7, 2026

Former GOLFTEC SVP of Marketing brings proven track record scaling global golf brands and purpose-driven initiatives to Youth on Course

Monterey, Calif. – Youth on Course – the nonprofit organization providing youth with access to life-changing opportunities through golf – proudly announces Chris Kuebrich as its new Senior Director of Marketing.

Chris Kuebrich joins Youth on Course from GOLFTEC, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In that role, he led enterprise-wide strategy across brand, digital, product marketing, customer experience and communications, helping scale the company from a regional operator to a global leader in golf instruction, spanning more than 250 locations across eight countries.

“We are excited to welcome Chris as our Senior Director of Marketing,” said Steve Martin, Chief Marketing Officer of Youth on Course. “Chris is a marketing leader who understands how to scale brands while staying rooted in purpose. His experience scaling innovative programs, elevating storytelling and driving measurable growth in the golf industry will be instrumental as we continue expanding access to the game and growing our impact on the next generation.”

During his tenure at GOLFTEC, Kuebrich drove several impactful initiatives, including the go-to-market strategy for OptiMotion, the company’s proprietary motion-capture technology. The launch contributed to GOLFTEC’s ranking #3 on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Sports and secured broadcast integration with CBS’s PGA TOUR coverage. He also led the company’s digital transformation, launching its e-commerce business and establishing voice-of-the-customer systems designed to unify brand experience across all locations.

Beyond business growth, Kuebrich was instrumental in establishing the company’s charitable arm. GOLFTEC Cares has supported more than 1,000 national and local organizations since its inception, including PGA REACH, PGA HOPE, Drive Fore The Future, First Tee, Solich Caddie & Leadership Academy, and Black Girls Golf.

“I am excited to join the Youth on Course team,” said Kuebrich. “This organization is redefining what access to golf looks like for young people. The opportunity to help grow that mission and connect more kids to the game is both meaningful and inspiring.”

At Youth on Course, Kuebrich will lead marketing strategy, brand development, and communications to deepen engagement with its members, partners, and supporters while accelerating the organization’s mission to make golf accessible to all young people, regardless of financial barriers.
