Kotowski began his career in golf at Titlelist/FJ where he spent twenty-five years in a number of key management and product marketing positions. Following Titlelist, he spent three years with Etonic under the Spalding Sports umbrella and was instrumental in the launch of the Etonic Differenceâ?¢ glove.
