Medicus announced today that their player development division known as the "Medicus Golf Institute" has teamed up with Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge located in Orlando, Florida and Aliante Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada and named them the two "Flagship Locations" where their Destination Golf Schools will be held. Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge was awarded The Golf Digest four and half stars "Best Places to Play" 1999-2006, named in the "Top 100 Golf Ranges" as well as the host to the PGA Tour Q School finals in 2005 and 2007. Located in North Las Vegas, "Aliante Golf Club" is managed by OB Sports and was voted "The Best New Course in Las Vegas" by "Vegas Golfer Magazine and their readers". Medicus Golf Institute has partnered with Harrah hotels and offers special discounts on accommodations when attending the destination school at Aliante Golf Club.
These flagship destination schools come after Medicus announced in January, 2006 the opening of the on-line Medicus Golf Institute. As promised, the Medicus Golf Institute was in the process of creating destination golf schools that would consist of three intensive days of learning. "Our teaching methods are about learning the necessary golf alignments, not positions that make you a better player" said Chuck Evans the Executive Director of the Medicus Golf Institute. Chuck Evans went on to say that "We have created a curriculum that makes you understand more about your swing which makes it easier for you to identify your problems and correct them".
Medicus Golf has made a commitment to create and promote products for the betterment of the player. "I believe that getting better at golf is about every player wanting to make the commitment to understand the process, be disciplined enough to practice and having the training tools that reinforce that understanding", said Bob Koch, President, Medicus. "We are extending our commitment through the Medicus teaching method which you will experience at our destination schools with personalized instruction".
Medicus Golf Institute is taking reservations now by calling 800.732.4995. All classes have a 4 to 1 Medicus certified instructor ratio. Specialized club fittings, discounts on products and two great locations only add to the beauty of the golf instruction that will take you to the highest level in golf play you want to go. "Live Your Vision" today and experience success.
