Greg Muirhead, ASGCA President, comments on the death today at age 94 of golf great and 2002 Donald Ross Award winner Byron Nelson: "The game of golf has lost one of its finest ambassadors. Byron Nelson’s gentlemanly manner and fluid swing will never be forgotten by any who witnessed them. We will miss this great man who inspired so many to play the game that symbolized his grace and character."
