MIAMI – The Sony Ericsson Open and the World Golf Championships – CA Championship announced Thursday a combined ticket promotion that will offer sports enthusiasts the opportunity to purchase tickets for two of the premier sporting events in South Florida for one price.
For the cost of $65, fans will receive one grounds pass for the CA Championship, good for one day between March 22-25, and a 400 level ticket for the Sony Ericsson Open, good for one day or night session between March 26-28 (subject to availability).

The Sony Ericsson Open, the largest tennis tournament in the world outside of the four Grand Slams, will once again showcase the sport’s finest players as each of the top-79 men and the top-75 women will battle for the 2007 title including two-time defending champion and world’s No. 1 Roger Federer and defending women’s champion Svetlana Kuznetsova.
Others scheduled to appear include 2007 Australian Open Champion Serena Williams, 2006 US Open Champion and the No. 1 ranked women’s player in the world Maria Sharapova, 2004 Sony Ericsson Open men’s champion Andy Roddick and world No. 2 Rafael Nadal.

Taking place at the Doral Golf Resort and Spa’s re-designed Blue Course, the CA Championship will feature defending champion Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Ernie Els and Sergio Garcia and the rest of the top-50 players from the Official World Golf Ranking along with top finishers on the money lists of the six Tours (PGA TOUR, European Tour, Australasian Tour, Japan Golf Tour, Asian Tour and Sunshine Tour).
