Clifton, N.J. – Tournament officials for the Sybase Classic presented by ShopRite have announced that the St. Joseph’s Healthcare System, Inc. and the Boys & Girls Club of Clifton, Inc. are the 2007 Tournament beneficiaries. The Tournament begins a new era at historic Upper Montclair Country Club, May 14 – 20.

2006 LPGA Rolex Player of the Year and AP Female Athlete of the Year Lorena Ochoa is the Tournament’s defending champion. Past champions include LPGA Tour and World Golf Halls of Famers Annika Sorenstam – two-time champion, Betsy King – two-time champion, Beth Daniel and Juli Inkster. The Sybase Classic was the first career win for 2005 LPGA Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year Paula Creamer.
