The flights will be supported through a new marketing relationship with Southwest Airlines, which has connections with 15 mainland cities.
Likewise, Alaska Airlines has announced it intends to launch service from the mainland to "paradise" with flights from Seattle/Tacoma to Kaua’i commencing Oct. 28. To peak interest in the expansion, the carrier is offering introductory one-way discount airfares on each run ($149 from Seattle/Tacoma to Kaua’i).
