Veteran Realtor Joins Southwest Oklahoma?s Premiere Golf and Residential Community
(Southwest Oklahoma) – The Territory Golf and Country Club today announces Vickie Null has been named Real Estate Sales Manager. An industry veteran, Null joins a club that boasts an award-winning golf course – recently named a Top 50 Residential Course by Golfweek Magazine.
“We’re thrilled to add Vickie’s enthusiasm and professionalism to our team here at The Territory,” says Rick Braught. “This is an exciting time as the residential aspect of The Territory continues to expand and having someone with Vickie’s experience will be a valuable asset.”
Null brings 10 years of experience as a licensed realtor and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Duncan Association of Realtors, acting as President in 2006. She was also Realtor of the Year in 2006 and recipient of the 2007 Joe Wood Award – honoring a realtor who exhibits integrity, a positive attitude and is community-oriented.
Prospector’s Ridge, Phase I of the residential development, is in the early stages of development. Prices of lots available range from $61,000 to $144,000. If a similar, high-quality property like The Territory were located in the nearby Dallas-Fort Worth or Oklahoma City areas, it would likely cost three times as much.
The championship golf course is a modified target-golf design that offers playability and enjoyment to players of all ages and skill levels. Also named a “Best in State” by Golf Digest and “Top 10 New Course” by Golfweek, The Territory will host the 2008 Halliburton Southwest Oklahoma Championship, a stop on the Adams Pro Golf Tour Series.
Located on the historic Chisholm Trail, The Territory is within a short drive of lakes for boating and fishing and mere minutes from a pair of schools, shopping, dining and churches. In addition, Duncan Regional Hospital was named to the Solucient Top 100 Hospitals list – a study of more than 3,000 hospitals that identifies industry benchmarks by recognizing U.S. hospitals that have achieved excellence in quality of care, operational efficiency, financial performance and adaptation to the environment.
Null and her husband Larry are longtime Duncan residents. She takes over for the retiring Michelle Hunter and can be reached at 580.467.0747.
