April 24, 2008 – Jonas Software is pleased to announce that Stephen King has joined the company as Director of Customer Relations. Mr. King has spent over 25 years in the club industry helping clients of all sizes implement club management solutions.
Mr. King’s primary role will be to assist clients in evaluating their current solutions to ensure maximum utilization and ROI. “Working as a competitor of csg and Jonas, it became apparent to me that many clubs were purchasing systems for the wrong reasons. I saw that csg and Jonas customers had an enormous toolset to help them attract and retain members as well as increase overall satisfaction and facility utilization. Regardless, some club operators would make decisions based on misinformation and perceptions of the gains that would accrue by implementing a new solution”. King went on to say ” I plan to educate our clients about their current system and show them how it can further aid in achieving their operational goals.”
