ORLANDO, Fla. – June 17, 2008… Marriott Golf, one of the world’s premier golf operators, today announced that Scott Eibling has been named General Manager at The Frog Golf Club, an 18-hole facility located in Villa Rica, Ga. In this position, Eibling will oversee all daily operations at The Frog, including golf & grounds maintenance, golf shop operations, retail merchandising, instruction, tournament coordination, food & beverage, and all sales & marketing initiatives.
Eibling comes to The Frog from Stone Mountain Golf Club, a neighboring Marriott Golf property featuring two of Georgia’s leading courses. While at Stone Mountain, Eibling served as Assistant Golf Professional for five years, before being promoted to Head Golf Professional in 2005.
Eibling is a Certified PGA Professional in General Management & Golf Operations, and has been a Class A Member of The PGA of America since 2003. Eibling’s additional accomplishments include four Top 100 Golf Shop awards, the 2002 Golf Department Associate of the Year award, and the 2004 Leader of the Year award for Evergreen Conference Resort.
